Donna has more than 30 years of financial service, technology, marketing, and executive management experience spanning the asset management, software development, consulting, and non-profit industries. Prior to joining Phoenix Software as their Chief Marketing Officer, she served as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for SHARE Association, the first and largest independent technology association user group. Prior to joining SHARE, she served in various leadership positions where she provided a wide‐range of strategic, technology, operational, and marketing guidance and support.

Harry Williams is the Chief Technology Officer of Marist College.
Harry Williams is the Chief Technology Officer of Marist College. He has worked in various technology roles at the college for over 35 years, helping to grow the college from a small local school to a nationally-ranked university. He has been active in user groups, including The VM Workshop and SHARE, where he worked on collaborative software development and sharing information about software and the mainframe. He is currently President of SHARE. He is part of the team helping to offer the LinuxONE Community Cloud. Harry holds an MBA from Marist College and an MS in Computer Information Sciences from Syracuse University. Harry also volunteers with the local Boy Scout Council and helps his wife run the local food pantry.

Len is a 30 year veteran of the mainframe industry and the first member of the elite IBM Linux Impact Team formed in 2000.
Len Santalucia has been in the IT industry since 1973. He is presently the Chief Technology Officer and the Business Development Manager for Vicom Infinity, Inc, the Chairperson for the Linux Foundation Open Mainframe Project, a member of the IBM Z Academic Initiative advocate leadership team, an Advisory Board member at Hofstra, Marist College, VCU, and NCAT Universities, an IBM Champion, and the consulting specialist for the Binghamton University ES2 Research Center. Len is also a 30 year IBM veteran. Len was a Senior Consulting Certified Sales Specialist for IBM Americas Linux Impact Team and a Certified IBM Systems and IT Specialist.
He has vast experience with Data Center Design and Implementation, Linux, z/OS, z/VSE, z/VM, and their associated subsystems as well as with today’s emerging Mobile, Cloud, Big Data and Analytics, Security, and Social Media technologies. He was also the first member
of the elite IBM Linux Impact Team formed in 2000. In this role, he specialized in Linux, Open Systems, Large Scale Virtualization, Object Oriented, LAN, and Web 2.0 technologies for the Financial Services and Banking Sector. Len is a key liaison in providing IBM customer requirements into the IBM Systems hardware and software labs and co-sponsors the IBM z Systems Executive Councils and User Groups across the East coast. He is also frequently sought after for presenting IBM’s Systems Hardware, Software, Linux, Virtualization, and OSS Strategy and Directions at the IBM Executive Briefing Centers, IBM Linux Center of Competence, IBM Palisades Conference Center, IBM Hawthorne Research Center, IBM Top Gun Classes, International Conferences, Consultant Conferences, as well as to individual customers all over the world. He has established thousands of contacts at business, technical, and financial levels in public and private sector organizations worldwide.

Over 30 years of experience and 8 career changes, two things have remained constant in Misty Decker’s career: mainframes and a passion for helping new learners.
Misty spent most of this time at IBM in roles such as system administrator, project management, customer satisfaction, HW development manager and academic outreach. She currently is a Product Marketing Director at Micro Focus helping companies learn how to modernize their existing mainframe applications with concepts such as DevOps, microservices and cloud.
